After three days of record attendance of 52,622 visitors, 45% of whom were international from 154 countries, Wine Paris 2025 has become the world’s leading event for wines and spirits. In an uncertain geoeconomic context, marked by political instability, deconsumption and environmental challenges, professionals in the sector have found at the heart of the show a source of inspiration and influence that is essential for the future of the wine and spirits industry. More than an event, Wine Paris has established itself as the sector’s index, a space where the essentials reclaim their rights: sharing, sincere exchanges, moments of conviviality and constructive commercial dialogues.

Wine Paris 2025, a catalyst for ideas for the sector
The commitment and capacity of Wine Paris to bring together industry players around highly expert content was once again confirmed during this edition, with record attendance at the various events and conferences. The FEVS press conference was an opportunity to present the 2024 results of French wine and spirits exports, the OIV press conference to take stock of the international wine trade, the Moët Hennessy round tables to discuss policies supporting the agroecological transition and regenerative practices in viticulture, and the Wine Origins Alliance conference on collective action by the sector to eliminate barriers to wine trade. Finally, the Academy program brought together 250 international experts this year and a program of 130 sessions. This role as a reference is further anchored thanks to Voice of the Industry, the analysis platform launched by Vinexposium, dedicated to the challenges of the wine and spirits sector, deciphered by major players in the sector and international institutions.

Internationally, the show is growing, which makes us want to come and if we can have, as they say in English, a « one stop show », it’s even better. The atmosphere is magical, we are in Paris, an attractive city, and the other buyers agree with me, the best tables are here. I’m already in the starting blocks for next year! » In addition, French participation recorded a 7% increase, with representation from all French wine regions and the participation of independent winegrowers, cooperatives, trading houses and major brands.
